iPhone OS 3.0 is awesome for sur. Just the lanscaspe keyboard and the copy/paste feature worth the upgrade. I specially like how they implement the undo functionality on shake and the spotlight global search as a single click on the home button. The UI has also been revised/improved in some areas and the transition between the apps is quicker and smoother.
