I always thought that productivity lied also in little details, like knowing the most useful keyboard shortcuts for your most used app.

Here’s for Mail.app in OS X, knowing Command+R for Reply, Command+Shift+R for Reply All, and Command+Shift+D to Send your mail, may save you a good 30 minutes in your day while making the application more responsive to your desires.
