Apple iPhone soon in Canada

Rogers Canada finaly came to an agreement with Apple to sell the iPhone in Canada. Customers are asking for it for almost a year now. It may means that their cost of wireless data will be reduced (now the highest in Canada).

Rogers and Apple didn’t announced yet when the iPhone will be launch. Maybe in June with the new 2.0 firmware.

But I don’t see why you need to wait unless you want the unique visual voice mail feature. You can jailbreak and carrier free the iPhone with ZipPhone and install thousands of iPhone jailbreak applications and legit applications on it. Hackers already confirmed the hack will still be working with the upcoming 2.0 firmware.
