No so long ago, my friend Véronique of Mint Birdy who’s is specialized in marketing ROI interactive strategies for corporate entities wrote a small post about the need to deversified your client marketing communications to other platforms than email - as the percentage of opened email has fallen of 17% between 2004 and 2008, from 39% to 22%.
