PEN Giant

355 pictures have been taken, printed in billboard size and shot again. No tricks or computer animation at all.

JUST AWWWWWWSOMMMMMME!

And here’s the most amazing stop motion ever created: the first Pen Story done with 1800 pictures and 9600 prints from 60000 shots! Everything is just pure perfection.

But we need at least to give credit to the real genius who got the idea in the first place: Wolf with Pig.

Her Morning Elegance,

I always like stop motion. I’m a big fan of it. Her Morning Elegance is certainly one of the most amazing stop motion art I’ve seen in a while. This masterpiece has been created by the talented artist Oren Lavie.

Frank just sent me this video by chat. What can I say? I’m just blowed away by it. Keith Loutit is just a f@#$ genius.

It looks like he acheived this result of power wheels on stop motion by filming the different scenes with a special lens with a tilt view, by saturating the colors and changing the frame rate in post production.

I’m so amazed by this single piece of art, that I don’t even want to see his other videos, so I’m not deceived in any way.

My version of Run Lola Run. Wait until the finish to see for who or what I’m running for…

This clip is 595 photos over a 20 minutes walk near my country house @ 10 frames per second. Music: Running One, from the original soundtrack album Run Lola Run.
